Merry Christmas!

We had ourselves a merry little Christmas this year.  It was quiet and relaxing with just the four of us, and we welcomed the slow pace of the day, having no place to be and no work that had to get done.  It was my dream come true, to have the world just stop for a minute. 

 

 

 

I was remiss in getting holiday cards and gifts in the mail this year.  I have them, have had them, and am working on addressing envelopes today.  It has certainly been a busy year, with the growth and growing pains of Big Daddy's business, me starting back to work for him, J-Boy's therapists coming to the house 5 days a week, J-Girl's activities, additional pets, cooking at home much more often.  Life.  I think knowing that we were on our own this year played into it.  However, we always take the time to count our blessings, all the beloved family and friends, and keep you all in our hearts each day of the year.  So, albeit late, we wish you all the best of the holiday season and hugs and warm wishes for a terrific New Year!
